The inside of the house is equally important to have looking as sharp as possible. Fresh paint, cleaning, and decluttering a house is very important. Cleaning out the basement, and fixing any and all fixtures in your home is critical. I will provide a list of steps that you can take to make your house look ready to sellI. Once the house is looking organized and ready to sell, I will have the house professionally photographed. The pictures for the house will appear on the Multiple Listing Service, where all local realtors go to find properties that come on the market. I will also use several other types of advertising opportunities both print & on-line to help raise interest in your home including Windermere.com. I will also hold open houses to help with increasing the exposure of the home. People like to see the pictures we use, but they also like to walk through the residence to see it and to imagine themselves living in their new home.
